Shipping policy

We offer Free Shipping Worldwide on orders over €1.000. All items are shipped fully insured with Track and Trace. Orders will be dispatched within 3 working days of being received. In case an item that is ordered is not available, we will inform you and either refund the purchase or offer a suitable alternative.

For order values below €1.000, we offer standard shipping (ships in upto 2 weeks) or express shipping (ships in 1-3 days). Our shipping costs are mentioned on check out, they depend on the destination and value of the order.

Customers in the EU will be subject to VAT of their shipping country (inclusive in the price). Customers living outside the EU will not be charged VAT. However, you may be subject to local import duties and taxes as the item enters your country. You will be responsible for that.
